Gratitude Cards
Research shows that the act of gratitude helps us feel more positive, enjoy good experiences and helps build stronger relationships.
This two hour workshop will help you slow down, reflect and create.
Through guided writing, participants will consider two individuals that inspire them, motivate them or are a positive person in their life.
They will reflect on the qualities of these individuals and consider how these individuals positively impact them.
Some simple collage techniques will be explored and participants will create two cards of gratitude.
Setting aside this time and space will help you slow down to focus on the process of creating. This session will also create an opportunity to actively show gratitude. Participants require no artistic experience.
Cost: $50 (materials provided)
