Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and plans can change. To help us maintain smooth operations and provide the best experience for all our clients, we have the following cancellation policies in place:

Studio Classes & Workshops

• Cancellations must be made directly through our Momence booking software
  [try it via the app: iphone or android]

  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before class start time to avoid penalties.

  • For workshops and special events, cancellations require 48 hours' notice.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges:

    • Intro Offers/Class Packs: The class will be forfeited.

    • Unlimited Memberships: Late cancellations incur a $15 fee; no-shows incur a $20 fee.

Clinic Appointments

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid the late cancellation fee (full price)

• If canceled within 24 hours, a late cancellation fee may apply unless your spot is booked by another client.

• Cancellations must be made via the SMC Jane booking software and cannot be processed via email, phone, or social media.

• Be a hero—if you can’t make it, send your favourite person to fill your spot and save the day!
