Position Overview: We’re seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Leslieville clinic. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients achieve long-term wellness through personalized care, combining manual therapy, movement, and education.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 manual therapy and tailored treatment plans for a variety of client needs
Collaborate with physiotherapy assistants to deliver comprehensive, integrated care
Focus on the longevity and well-being of clients by empowering them with tools for sustainable health

Qualifications:
Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Experience or interest in working with a team of Physiotherapy Assistants
Strong manual therapy skills and a collaborative approach
Commitment to fostering long-term client relationships focused on wellness and prevention
Passion for integrating movement and physiotherapy to support both physical and mental well-being

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a compassionate, client-centered Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our Leslieville clinic. This is an opportunity to build or expand a private practice within a collaborative wellness environment—alongside RMTs, osteopaths, yoga teachers, and other integrative care providers.The ideal candidate is grounded in trauma-informed care, passionate about nervous system education, and open to interdisciplinary collaboration. You’ll have the freedom to shape your caseload and therapeutic approach, while being part of a thoughtful team that values transparency, creativity, and heart.
Responsibilities:
Offer individual psychotherapy sessions within your scope of practice
Maintain client documentation in accordance with OCSWSSW and PHIPA standards
Collaborate with other SMC practitioners on integrative care and referral pathways
Participate (if desired) in interdisciplinary initiatives such as the Nervous System Reset program or community-based wellness events
Uphold SMC’s shared values of accessibility, presence, and professionalism
Qualifications:
Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (private practice or clinical setting)
Strong understanding of nervous system regulation, attachment, trauma, and relational care
Comfortable working autonomously within a team-based environment
Familiarity with Jane App or willingness to learn
Optional: interest in offering group sessions, workshops, or psychoeducational programming

Duties & Responsibilities
Perform a client-centered massage in exactly the style and vibe that is authentic to you. Find creative ways to include knowledge gleaned from your own self care experiences and from continuing education.
Provide the highest quality massage therapy treatments in a safe, hygienic, professional, and courteous manner
Be the host(ess) with the mostest… anticipate client’s needs and responds promptly and professionally, both on site and with email follow ups.
Responsible for maintaining ongoing up-to-date and accurate treatment records.
Responsible for updating client information provided on Health History Form into Jane Software.
Ensure proper cleanliness and sanitization of treatment rooms.

You provide exemplary attention to outstanding customer service, and always make a personal connection with your client
You are a superb communicator

Requirements:

As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our clients. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about wellness and enjoys interacting with people in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
Greet clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at the clinic.
Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing information about our services, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the clinic's electronic booking system with accuracy.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries in a professional and confidential manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area, ensuring a tidy and inviting atmosphere for clients.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and client flow- including laundry folding.
Uphold the clinic's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and privacy standards.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with booking software, Microsoft Office, and email systems.
