This session is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, feelings, goals, stressors, and transitions.Through a combination of talk therapy approaches (CBT, narrative, DBT, solution-focused), mindfulness and yoga, we will work together to find solutions, develop coping strategies and build on our current skills and wisdom so that we are more aligned in what we want and need, and emotionally resilient to life's hardships.
