  • Physiotherapy Initial Assessment

    An initial appointment to discuss reason for visit, health history as well as a physical mobility assessment to determine best route for care. This will follow with hands-on tissue assessment/treatment to address restriction using soft tissue techniques, mobilization and an introduction to nervous system integration.

  • Physio Pilates

    Where clinical care meets conscious movement.

    PhysioPilates is a one-on-one, movement-based physiotherapy session that blends the clinical support of your physiotherapist with the mindful precision of Pilates. These sessions are guided by a physiotherapy assistant and overseen by your physiotherapist, offering a seamless bridge between rehab and intelligent, longevity-focused movement.

    Using mat-based Pilates, we focus on core integration, postural awareness, breath-led strength, and the kind of coordination that supports you in daily life. No machines—just your body, a mat, and the deep work of rebuilding connection and confidence through movement.
