We can actually feel stress as it gets stuck in the body and it tends to build up in 5 key areas. In this interactive workshop, we learn about how stress gets stuck in the body, what it does once stuck there, and how to release each of the five areas it gets stuck in.

Stress is everywhere, and as the world around us becomes more complex it will continue to rise. The key is finding ways to slow down so that we can connect to the things that bring us happiness. In this workshop, we practise five effective tools you can use everyday to help you boost your happiness set-point - plus a takeaway reminder that doing a little bit every day is paramount!

In this workshop, we will review the history and purpose of meditation, a stretch/movement sequence to prepare for stillness, and a few potent meditation techniques with details on when to use them. The goal in this workshop is to demystify the practise while setting up participants with the beginning of a solid foundation.

In this Workplace Workshop, we cover some of the science of stress management and deliver 5 distinct tools designed to help manage stress to a healthy level, and to use this healthy stress as creative inspiration and a motivational driver.

When we eat, how we snack, how much we sleep, how long we stare at the computer screen, can all impact our energy levels. In this interactive seminar, we will explore the myriad of reasons why fatigue sets in and will learn how to prevent fatigue to keep your energy high.
