In this class, we'll chat about the beauty of showing up for yourself with a 4 step simplistic, organic skincare routine hosted by Megan Hoskins, founder of Slow Medicine Co. and Holistic Skin Therapist, Maija Reisenauer.
During this workshop you will learn how to mindfully nourish your skin and prepare for the spring season.
The ritual consists of an opening breath work and meditation to return your body into balance. We will teach you a slow and intentional facial cleansing massage sequence using an organic oil cleanser. A botanical face steam gently opens the pores and preps your skin for a custom floral honey mask. Enjoy a hot cup of specially brewed beauty tea while your mask sets as we discuss and address common skin concerns. We will then apply a hydrating oil serum and walk you through a spring gua sha massage that will leave you lifted and radiant.
