This therapeutic practice starts with foam rolling designed to open up space and nourish your muscles. Then we will settle into a yin/restorative yoga practice exploring the natural rhythm of the season through movement, breath, and essential oil massage. Layered throughout the class is a discussion of the season through a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) lens. We end the practice with a profound silent contemplation and an optional Acupuncture protocol sequence designed to bring renewal and complete balance.
