Stress Relief Through Mind-Body Connection
There’s a quiet wisdom living in your body—a language waiting to be heard.
It speaks through tight shoulders, a clenched jaw, or the ache of carrying too much for too long. This is not about silencing these signals; it’s about learning to understand them, to gently unwind the tension, and to reclaim your calm.
This is where healing begins—with listening, releasing, and reconnecting to the body’s quiet truths.
workshop series
Body Language is a four-week small group therapy series designed to help you understand the mind-body connection, uncover how stress manifests in your body, and learn practical techniques to release it.
Led by our registered social worker, Kelsey Beson, RSW, this intimate series weaves together psychoeducation, gentle yoga, and therapeutic tools to create a safe, supportive space for exploration, healing, and resilience.
What Makes This Series Unique?
This isn’t just another yoga class or therapy group. Body Language bridges both worlds to offer a holistic, embodied approach to stress management. Through psychoeducation, you'll gain insights into how your nervous system responds to challenges. Through movement and mindfulness, you’ll learn how to discharge stored stress and create space for ease and flow in your body and life.
