Through flowing yoga postures and purposeful breath, this class creates a subtle yet profound space to listen to the signals your body sends every day. You’ll explore gentle openings in areas that hold tension like shoulders, hips, and chest towards finding a sense of freedom that resonates from the mat into daily life. A guided meditation concludes the session, helping you absorb the practice and leave feeling in tune with your body, your breath, and your overall well-being.
