You can expect to leave each session with a thoughtfully designed meal plan to continue your [nourish] experience throughout the week, alongside weekly wellness practices to incorporate into your daily life. 

This unique blend of yoga and nutrition support will gently nurture your nervous system, bringing you a deep sense of tranquility and rejuvenation, making it the perfect sanctuary rebalancing your nervous system.

You will experience a tailored yoga class that focuses on calming your nervous system + find holistic ways to restore balance, regardless of your experience level in yoga.

Weekly Meal Plan

You will also receive a weekly meal plan, carefully curated by Chloe herself. This meal plan will help you continue your journey to nourishing your body, mind, and soul long after the class ends.

    During each [nourish] session, you will not only experience a tailored yoga class that focuses on calming your nervous system, but you will also receive a weekly meal plan, carefully curated by Chloe herself. This meal plan will help you continue your journey to nourishing your body, mind, and soul long after the class ends.

    The [nourish] series takes place on three consecutive Saturdays, beginning on January 6 and continuing on January 13 and 20, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. These small-sized, intimate yoga classes allow for personal attention and guidance, ensuring that you get the most out of your practice.
