Sehr is a Counsellor-Therapist and Yoga Teacher who helps people build mind-body resiliency during challenging times. She believes that healing is growth in the face of adversity; a journey of coming (back) into yourself with deep self compassion, and that we all have insight into how to get there.
Through talk therapy approaches, body-centered and yoga-based practices, and energy healing, at times, Sehr will support you on a journey of self discovery and reflection, of greater understanding and applied learning in order to move through this difficult time. She draws upon her lived experience as a cis-gendered, South Asian immigrant-settler female, and is informed by feminist, intersectional, trauma-informed, and harm reduction principles and practices. Sehr has over 15 years experience in community health, working to improve the health and wellbeing of racialized and newcomer populations and equity-seeking groups and brings this understanding of population health and health equity to her clinical social work practice. Outside of work, Sehr likes to paint, dream up travelling adventures and spend time with her young pup.
