Spring Into Balance: Yoga & Acupuncture Experience [w/ Dina + Sujena]
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), spring symbolizes renewal, rejuvenation, and transformation. It is associated with the Liver and Gallbladder, which support digestion, detoxification, and the smooth flow of Qi (energy), playing a vital role in maintaining both physical and emotional well-being.
Step into spring and spring into balance with a 90-minute experience combining yoga and acupuncture, designed to align your body, mind, and energy with this season of vitality.
What to Expect_
Reflection on what no longer serves you that you’d like to release or let go of as we move through spring—whether physical tension, emotional burdens, or limiting beliefs.
Flow + Yin Yoga targeting the liver and gallbladder meridians to improve circulation, reduce muscular tension, and support the body’s detoxification processes, clearing stagnation and releasing seasonal blockages.
Acupuncture points activated during restorative yoga shapes to improve circulation, reduce stress, and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, encouraging deep relaxation and supporting your body’s natural healing and organ function while encouraging new energy.
Mind-body balance as we clear physical blockages we will also focus on emotional well-being and regulation. In TCM, the Liver is linked to emotions like frustration and stress. The combination of Yin Yoga and acupuncture helps release stuck emotions and balance the autonomic nervous system, promoting a sense of calm and emotional equilibrium.
