Reflections: Realignment for Spring is a two-hour immersive experience that blends breathwork, gentle movement, and reflective journaling to help you release stagnation, reconnect with yourself, and align with your inner direction. This session is about softening what winter may have left behind and opening gently to the season ahead—not by forcing change, but by allowing space for it to take root.

Designed as a micro-retreat, this offering supports anyone feeling scattered, off-center, or simply craving space to recalibrate. The session integrates intentional movement, breath-led awareness, and guided prompts to help you reawaken clarity and direction in your life. Whether you're stepping out of a season of emotional hibernation or seeking renewed focus, this is a place to reflect, realign, and reconnect.

This spring, we also return to the Earth—the body beneath the body. As the ground softens and breathes again, so do we. We'll draw on this connection to root down and rise, to sprout slowly, and to remember our own natural timing.

Expect:
Breath-based movement for all levels
Simple, effective breathwork and meditation
Guided journaling and intention setting
A supportive and inclusive community atmosphere
Subtle chakra awareness (Root / Muladhara)
Use of Prithvi Mudra and Earth-centered meditation cues
All props, journals, and tea will be provided.
