Self-Talk: A Yoga + Therapy Series is a transformative 4-week journey designed to help you explore the connection between your inner dialogue and your well-being. By blending psychoeducation, mindfulness, and movement, this series empowers you to rewrite the narrative in a safe and supportive environment.

What to Expect

Each 2-hour session combines therapeutic guidance and embodied practices to help you:

  • Understand Your Inner Dialogue: Learn how self-talk affects your emotions, stress response, and nervous system.

  • Reframe Negative Patterns: Discover techniques to shift self-critical thoughts into empowering beliefs.

  • Release Stress Through Movement: Use yoga, breathwork, and restorative practices to support emotional resilience.

  • Build Lasting Habits: Create tools and strategies to carry a compassionate inner voice into your daily life.
